We do our best to provide excellent service and high quality products. It is important to us that you absolutely love your selection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s) eligible for return. We are pleased to accept timely returns of item(s) in unused, unworn, unwashed, uncleaned and undamaged condition. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches. Please, avoid wearing makeup, perfume/deodorant when trying on clothes as we won’t be able to accept the return with the evidence of scent or marks on the item. Once returning the parcel item must be declared as a “returned item”.
If you decide to return / exchange your order, please email us at hello@saffron-and-rose.com and follow the instructions given by our customer service representative. You have 3 calendar days (after receiving the order) to notify us about return / exchange and 2 more working days (Mon-Sat) days to send the parcel to us. After this timeframe no return / exchange requests will be accepted.
Also please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items can be exchanged only if there is available stock for requested size/item. If the requested size/item is not available you can only return the item and you will receive full refund (except shipping costs). Please read product details carefully while placing the order.
Please use trusted shipment carrier to avoid losses or delays. If the package returned by customer will be lost, no refund will be issued. We recommend you to insure all of your packages before sending to us.
Currently returns / exchanges shipment costs are covered by the customer.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Sale items with more than 50% discount can not be returned or exchanged
- Accessories (sale or non-sale) can not be returned or exchanged
- Custom and made-to-order garments can not be returned or exchanged
- Vintage garments or garments made of vintage materials can not be returned or exchanged
All the items should be returned without any damages / signs of wear / smell of fragrance, in original packaging and with all original tags attached.
Once we confirm that return package has been received, inspected and accepted, your refund will be issued (excluding original shipping fees) and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-14 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
